1-2 week shipping for pre-made items. 1-3 week shipping for made to order items. All orders will be provided with a tracking number at time of shipment. After the package is out of my hands and has departed the post office, I no longer am responsible for it. If a package is to get lost/arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to email me as I would like to know. I do not offer refunds. I do offer replacements in certain situations, however, the customer will be required to pay 40% of the original price.
